Introduction

The Committee on Process Re-engineering and Change Management for the States of Punjab, Haryana and U.T. Chandigarh was formed under orders of the Hon’ble eCommittee of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. The mandate of the Hon’ble Committee is to give proposals for exhaustive revision/amendment of the Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders in the backdrop of current automation of court procedures and deployment of software applications and keeping view the contemporary requirements of all stakeholders in justice delivery system as also to imbibe the changes in various rules & instructions issued by respective governments.In this process, the Hon'ble Committee is involving all the District and Sub-Divisional Courts of Punjab, Haryana and UT Chandigarh as well as the Bar Associations of High Court & District Courts.
