Final Revised Drafts

In pursuance to the notice inviting suggestions/views from members of Public; Judicial Officers and Advocates in the District and Sub-Divisional Courts of States of Punjab, Haryana and U.T. of Chandigarh; and Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Association, Chandigarh, various suggestions were received qua existing as well as the proposed rules and orders. The Committee on Process Re-engineering after scrutinizing, reviewing and discussing the suggestions received from various quarters, has supplied the necessary modifications to the proposed Volume-I to VI and has prepared the Final Drafts of Revised Volume-I to VI for tabling it before the Hon’ble e-Governance & Computer Committee as well as Hon’ble Rules Committee of this Hon’ble High Court. The Final Revised Drafts of Volume – I to VI and their Final Revised Comparative Tables of existing provisions vis-à-vis the proposed rules are available below.
